Supported by ADB, this project seeks to develop a detailed Street Design Guide to modernize Tbilisi’s streetscape design standards. Building on the conceptual-level guide from the Tbilisi Transport Plan, this initiative incorporates universally accessible design principles.
The guide will include detailed AutoCAD drawings, stakeholder engagement, and comprehensive graphic design layouts to ensure usability for government departments and contractors. By addressing local context and integrating sustainable urban planning practices, the project aims to set a benchmark for creating safer, more inclusive streets that prioritize pedestrians and multimodal transport solutions.
