The project focused on the development of a General Land Use and Urban Development Plan for the City of Kutaisi. Aimed at guiding sustainable urban growth, the plan was prepared through a participatory process that addresses existing land use challenges, infrastructure needs, mobility, and the preservation of cultural and natural heritage.
