This project reimagined Otar Khizanishvili Avenue as a vibrant, community-oriented space. The design included pedestrian plazas, improved crosswalk safety features, and lush green landscaping. By integrating modern urban mobility principles, the project helped establish a balanced use of space for vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians.
