If your property is larger or has more activity, pricing adjusts clearly:

  • +180 GEL per additional bedroom (includes 4 turnovers)
  • +130 GEL per additional bathroom (includes 4 turnovers)
  • +90 GEL per turnover beyond 4

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
However, if an officially declared force-majeure event (such as government travel restrictions)
prevents guests from staying at your property and bookings are fully cancelled, we will refund the
unused portion of your subscription for the affected period.

No. Movlili focuses exclusively on linen and guest consumables management for short-term rentals. We provide dedicated 4-star hotel-grade linen, towels, and guest amenities, and manage inventory, scheduling, delivery, and replenishment under one predictable monthly plan. Cleaning services are not included.

Routine usage is included in your plan.
If reusable items are damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, replacement cost applies per affected
